Used to decorate sweet products. Green pistachio is sliced between 0.70-1.40 mm in size. The taste and perspective of product are increased by adding this type over the products like Cezerye, Deligth, Halva, and Cake.

Produced by chopping green pistachio kernels many times. It can be produced desired size between 1-7mm and moisture. Used in chocolate, halva and ice-cream sectors. Preferred by customer due to containing more green color when compared with Mawardi one.
